we specialise in manufacturing premium painted, fully lined, and insulated home offices, studios, and garden rooms. Our structures are designed with double glazing, natural wool-based insulation in the walls and roof, and sheet insulation under the floors to ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency.

PROFESSIONAL FINISH
The timber is sanded and cleaned ready for painting.
Each piece of timber is first coated with a colour-matched primer sealer, then baked in the painshop, the next day a second undercoat / primer sealer is applied ensuring that even the tongues are painted twice for a seamless look. And no white lines in Summer.
After manufacture, every painted building is returned to our paint shop for a thorough inspection, filling of any undulations and any facenail holes ( if secret nailed ) left over night for filler to harden – light sanding, and the application of the top coat finish. Then the paint is baked again in our paint shop.
With the paintwork now done, your building gets its final check and is left to stand for another day in our Heated paint shop. We heat our workshops using an industrial wood heater powered by our own offcuts of timber, making our Workshop heating 100% recycled and eco-friendly.

Proper insulation helps in keeping the room warm during colder months and cool during warmer months, providing a cozy atmosphere year-round.
2/ INTERIOR LINED WITH TIMBER
Timber lining adds a natural, aesthetically pleasing finish to the interior of the garden room. Timber also offers good thermal properties, contributing to the insulation of the space. Additionally, timber is durable and can withstand the test of time.
3/ PRE FIT ELECTRICS
By pre-fitting secret electrics for wall lights and a ring main, ( like your home ) you’re ensuring that the garden room is not only comfortable but also functional. This saves time and hassle for you , as you don’t need to arrange separate UGLY FACE FIX electrical installations later on.
4/ DOUBLE CHROME SOCKETS
Double Chrome Sockets: Having at least four double chrome sockets provides ample power outlets for various electronic devices and appliances. Chrome sockets also add a touch of elegance to the interior design.
5 / COSINESS
Through insulation of the walls, roof, and floor, coupled with the timber lining and more than adequate electrical provisions, we creating a space that feels snug and inviting. This makes the garden room suitable for various purposes, such as a home office, hobby room, or garden room.
6 / OPTIONAL EXTERIOR PAINTING
Painting the exterior with a minimum of three coats not only enhances the visual appeal but also provides essential protection against the elements. This helps to prevent moisture penetration, wood rot, and other forms of damage that can occur over time, thereby prolonging the lifespan of your garden room.
7/ OUR PAINTWORK
We use Ankersuy paint manufactured in the Netherlands this superb paint is available in any Farrow and Ball shade.
